I highly recommend this company. They helped me with trying to match a computer for my truck. The first one I got didn’t work. I call the company and they sent me another one right away. I have an old truck and there was more wrong then just the computer. The second one didn’t work for my truck either. There wasn’t anything wrong with the computers it was my truck. So I needed to send them back. I called the company again and they were great. They told me to ship both back. I got a full refund for the one I bought. I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 4.7L engine. I was having problems with my battery. I replaced the battery, then realized my alternator was not working. Replaced the Alternator still no charge. Did a little homework and found that the VR is in the PCM on my truck. The dealership wants $1000 to replace the PCM. I found this unit on Amazon all I did was provide the VIN so they could program it and had a new PCM ready to install in a few days. It takes about 5 minutes to change (with a little YouTube Training) and fixed my problem with the first turn of the key. They also provide a return label if you want to send them your core. I strongly recommend this unit if you are having problems with your PCM.
