This is a fully remanufactured fuel injector for the 6.0L Ford Powerstroke (model years 2003-2007). Each unit is rebuilt with new OEM components, calibrated on the HA230 test stand, and supplied with Viton O-rings for installation.

Core & Core Charge
- A core is required for this listing (a core is your old diesel injector(s) or diesel pump).
- Core charge: $150.00. A return shipping label is included with your new injector to return the cores.
- After placing your order, contact us via the marketplace messaging system or the seller contact provided in your order confirmation and provide a valid email address. We will email an electronic core agreement.
- The core agreement requires you to return the cores within 35 days of delivery. Returning the cores per the agreement activates your warranty. Failure to return acceptable cores within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the core charge.

- Most products carry a 1-year unlimited-mileage “No Hassle” warranty. Installing the product constitutes acceptance of the seller’s terms and warranty policy.

Ordered 2 of these injectors and installed one and it worked then installed the second one and it didn’t work at all and the seller won’t answer my messages at all even though they have a 1 year warranty and it’s a month old,, I only gave them one star because theirs no option for zero stars

So when I got the injectors the boxes were new I thought all is good when open the boxes the injectors looked to be old core returns that were used with new elec.components I was in a bind and already paid for them so I tried putting them in the engine anyway. Just to find out two of the three were bad so 4hrs later I had them pulled back out and had to send them back. Hoping to get a return. Then had to spend another 750 dollars I didn’t really have to spend to get truck going grrr how disappointing!!!!

Absolute garbage. I only needed to replace one injector#7, but I figured I would replace all four since I was there.I installed them and right off the bat first time starting the truck one injector was dead#5. So I put one of my old injectors in its place and put it back together. Started the truck now number three is working intermittently.. so now I’m gonna tear it down again pull all four injectors throw them in the garbage and go buy some quality injectors from Ford.
