Installation Notes & Tips
- Recommended to replace all coils at once for even performance and to avoid repeated labor.
- Inspect and, if necessary, replace spark plugs and ignition boots when installing new coils.
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning work.
- Use anti-seize or dielectric grease on the boot ends if desired (follow grease manufacturer recommendations).
- Torque mounting bolts to manufacturer specifications to avoid damage.
- After installation, clear any stored diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and verify no misfires are present.
Warranty & Returns
Check seller listing for specific warranty, return policy, and shipping options. Many sellers offer limited warranties and customer support for compatibility or quality issues.
Notes
- Always verify part compatibility with your vehicle’s VIN, engine code, or OEM part number prior to purchase.
- If you’re unsure about installation, consider professional installation to ensure proper fitment and engine performance.
If you want, I can:
- Check common OEM cross-reference part numbers for these years/engines, or
- Help you prepare a short installation checklist or torque specifications if you provide the exact engine code.

My wife s 2008 F-150 6.4 V8 started throwing PO353 ignition coil C malfunction code. So I ordered this set to replace ALL the coils (1 per cylinder). Fairly easy to install just a lot of bending and reaching for the back ones. It s recommended to put dielectric grease inside the boot that slips over the end of the spark plugs. I don t drive her truck very much so I couldn t tell the performance has improved. My wife will let me know after she s driven it for a while.
